Marketing consent

Last updated: 1 October 2026.

Where things stand today

We do not send marketing messages yet. Since October 2026 you can opt in on an event or pack page, or through a once-only pop-up, by leaving an email address or a WhatsApp number and ticking a box that starts empty. That opt-in is recorded, together with the exact wording you agreed to and when, but nothing is sent from the list it builds. Deals are also published on our public Telegram channel, which you can join and leave whenever you want. Joining a public channel is not consent to anything else.

This page is the rule we follow for the opt-in above, and the rule we will follow once we start sending personal alerts.

Explicit opt-in, per channel

Israeli law, section 30A of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasts) Law, 5742-1982, allows advertising by email, SMS, fax or automatic dialling only with the recipient's prior, explicit and written consent. We will follow it as written:

  • You opt in yourself, by an active choice. No box is pre-checked, and no consent is

bundled into accepting the terms of use.

  • Consent is given per channel. Agreeing to email is not agreeing to WhatsApp or SMS.
  • We record what you agreed to and when, so we can show the consent was given.
  • We will not buy, rent or import address lists, and we will not send you anything

because a friend gave us your address.

  • We will not make consent a condition for using the site. Everything here stays free

to use without it.

The checkbox's exact wording, for review

This is the sentence next to the unticked box on the opt-in form, word for word, so it can be checked before it goes live:

  • "I agree to receive price-drop messages for this. I can unsubscribe at any time."

What we would send

Only what you asked for: flight price drops for events or searches you chose, a notice when a tentative match date becomes confirmed, and a notice when official tickets go on sale. Every message will say who sent it, that it is an advertisement where the law requires that word, and how to stop it.

Stopping it

Every message will carry a one-click unsubscribe, in the same channel it arrived in. You can also write to us. We will stop sending within a short time and at the latest within the period the law allows, and we will keep only the record of your consent and of your withdrawal, as proof that we acted lawfully.

Withdrawing consent costs nothing, needs no explanation, and does not limit your use of the site.
